What’s the difference between the two screen repair types?
The first applies when it’s just the front glass- containing the digitizer/touch layer- that’s broken and needs replaced, not the LCD itself. The LCD repair applies when the LCD is broken as well and we have to replace the whole lot.
Why is my 2020 iPad Pro 4 11" bulging?
The rechargeable battery inside has swelled up like a pillow because of damage or wear. You should stop using your iPad Pro until the battery is replaced as it can be dangerous in this state.
What do you charge for diagnostics?
We don’t charge anything for a quick look at your iPad Pro on the counter or over the phone. If we need to book it in and investigate, there’s a £CALL charge to cover our time, but this is already included in the cost of the repair if you go ahead with it.
