Do you charge a fee for diagnostics?
In most cases, no- if it’s something that’s clear from an over-the-counter discussion or inspection, we’ll give you the likely repair price. If we do need to book it in for an in-depth investigation, there’s a standard £CALL charge for our time, but this will already be included in the cost of the repair anyway if you go ahead with that.
