What is the difference between the two screen repair types?

Our Premium screen replacement is the highest quality option, uses an OLED (just as the original iPhone 11 Pro Max display did) and meets factory standards. Our Basic screen replacement is LCD-based and provides an acceptable quality display. While the LCD one is slightly cheaper, the OLED-based Premium replacement is the one we recommend– you pay a little more, but you get very similar quality to your original OLED screen.

How do your Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max screen replacements compare with other services?
Many outlets don’t offer a choice and will simply replace the OLED-based screen that came with your iPhone 11 Pro Max with a lower-quality LCD. Quite a few won’t point out the difference. (There’s generally no need to draw your attention to the better option if they don’t offer it!)
We’re competitive on both counts, and while we offer the “Basic” LCD repair both for the price-sensitive customer and to compete with other services, we believe the option of a better quality OLED at little extra cost will be appreciated.
I’m not sure whether I need a screen repair or not- can you help?
If it’s unclear whether or not the problems you’re having are down to a broken screen, don’t worry. Our staff are there to help and will look at your iPhone 11 Pro Max to confirm what’s wrong with it before proceeding further.
How can I tell if my power problems are due to the battery, the charging port or something else?

In some cases it’s obvious whether a problem is down to a worn-out or damaged battery, whether it’s due to charging/Lightning port damage or something else. But if you’re not sure, don’t worry- our staff will look at it for you to help determine what the problem is.

Can I ignore water damage and should I dry out my phone in rice?
You shouldn’t turn on your phone if you think it has water inside. However, even if you think it’s okay, the chemicals and residue dissolved in most water can cause ongoing corrosion. If it stops working later, it’s often too late.
We strongly advise against drying out your iPhone 11 Pro Max in rice or similar. This does nothing to clean up the residue left behind- which is what actually causes the corrosion- and can actually speed up damage.
Put simply- get your phone repaired as soon as possible.
