My iPhone 13 Pro Max just got soaked- what can I do?
If you believe that the liquid (water, tea, coffee, wine, beer, juice or anything else) got past the waterproofing, you should turn it off- if safe to do so- and not use it again until it’s been looked at.
A phone that looks alright can still have liquid inside with dissolved substances and residues left behind that cause ongoing corrosion.
(This is we don’t recommend drying it out in rice or silica gel either- this doesn’t remove the other substances that actually cause the damage as it dries).
