Older Apple iPhone Repairs
Although the vast majority of iPhones we repair are those sold in the past few years, we sometimes get asked to look at older iPhone models, and that’s usually okay too.
These include the Apple iPhone 5C, Apple iPhone 5, Apple iPhone 4S, Apple iPhone 4, Apple iPhone 3GS, Apple iPhone 3G and Original Apple iPhone (i.e. Apple iPhone 1).
In many cases, it’s still possible to have these fixed, particularly the more recent ones. For less common faults and older models, we can advise on availability of parts and whether it’s likely to be economically worthwhile to have yours fixed.
The final choice is- of course- always yours, and if you decide not to have yours fixed, note that we also sell a wide range of refurbished recent iPhone models at fantastic prices. (Contact us or pop in to our store for further details on our refurbished iPhones).

iPhone Repair FAQ
Is it worth having an older iPhone fixed?
It very much depends how old! For some models, we can still offer screen replacements at a very affordable price, and other repairs are still practical. For the very oldest iPhone models, probably not, as few people are using them, but we’ll definitely help you decide if you want to continue using yours and have it fixed.
Do you charge for diagnostics?
If we’re able to tell what’s wrong when you bring your phone in and discuss it with us- which covers most enquiries- there’s no charge. If we need to book in your iPhone and investigate further there’s a £CALL charge to cover our time. However, this is already included in the repair price anyway if you go ahead with that.
