FAQ for 2021 Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (5th generation) Repairs
What fixes and repair services do you offer?
A selection of repairs is listed above, though we can’t list every possibility. If yours isn’t shown, please get in contact and we’ll let you know if your iPad Pro can be fixed anyway- there’s a good chance that it can!
The most common repair we offer for this model is 2021 Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (5th generation) screen replacement, closely followed by iPad Pro fifth-gen battery replacement.
We also offer screen glass replacement and digitizer repair, USB-C/charging port repair and water damage repair.
Why do you offer two types of screen repair?
One covers cases where it’s just the front glass (with the digitizer/touch layer) broken. The other is for when the LCD itself is broken too.
Why is my iPad Pro 5 12.9" bulging?
Your battery is swollen due to wear or damage. This in turn puts strain on the rest of the device and can even be dangerous (i.e. fire or even explosion hazard). Our advice is to stop using it and get it repaired immediately.
Is there a diagnostics fee?
There’s no charge if (for example) you just want to discuss your repair on the phone or over the counter. The £CALL charge only applies in cases where we need to book it in and spend time our on it, and it’s already included in the price of the repair if you go ahead with that.
