What is Apple iPhone 6 Plus “Touch Disease”?
Touch Disease is a problem affecting the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Symptoms include:-
- Screen doesn’t respond properly to touch
- Flickering grey bar at top of screen
- Intermittent problem
Apple covered this under warranty at one point, but that offer has long expired by now. If you need yours fixed, book now for your appointment.
Do you charge for diagnostics?
If it’s a problem or issue we can identify by looking over the counter when you bring it in (which covers the majority of cases), there’s no charge. If you need to book it in for further investigation, there’s a charge to cover our time, but this is included in the repair cost anyway if you decide to go ahead with that.
