I’m not sure whether my phone is an iPhone 17 Pro Max or another model- does that matter?

Not at all- if you’re not sure which model you have, you can bring it in, phone up or contact us online and we’ll help you with that and find out what repair you need. Even so, if you want to check anyway, you can go to "Settings > General > About" and it’ll tell you which model you have. The model numbers used for the Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max include A3257, A3525, A3526 and A3527.

How easy is it to find replacement iPhone 17 Pro Max screens?

The iPhone 17 Pro Max has been out for quite a while at the time of writing, so availability of replacement screens is no longer as big an issue as it tends to be when a model has just been released.
